I was ready to quit this but I could go one more round.

If we wanted to spend $120 billion a month to keep people from getting
murdered in Chicago, we could probably do a pretty good job of it.

For that kind of money we could probably ship them all to iraq and find
a place in iraq we could keep them safe.

It might be effective to do it the way we've done it with sunnis in iraq
-- we could look for people who're likely to commit violence and pay
them not to. We could also offer them weapons and weapons training
provided they promise not to hurt anybody. Yeah, that's the ticket.
