Posting ID: ES/046121 Description: Requirements: The candidate will have a BS/BA in Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Technical Education, or a related field plus at least five years experience with technical training in the defense industry. Prior experience with military radar systems, USMC training development/Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology, SCORM courseware development, and courseware media development (graphics/audio/Flash/HTML) would all be beneficial. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills as the position requires program, customer and supplier interface with significant writing of technical courseware products. The candidate must possess the ability to work in a team-oriented, matrix (IPT) environment. Responsibilities of the position include: 1) Develop a Training Program Plan. 2) Write quarterly Training Program Progress Reports. 3) Conduct training Job Task Analysis. 4) Develop the Curriculum Outline of Instruction. 5) Develop the Training Test Package. 6) Develop the Lesson Plan Data Requirements. 7) Develop the Trainee Guide Data Requirements. 8) Develop Job Aids. 9) Conduct In-Process Reviews. 10) Develop Training Materials Changes. 11) Conduct classroom and hands-on training. 12) Develop Trainee and Training Course Completion Data. 13) Coordinate and assess subcontractor training activity. 14) Travel as necessary (less than 20%% of the time) to support training activities. A DoD Secret clearance is required. BS/BA in Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Technical Education, or a related field plus at least five years experience as architect/developer of technical training in the defense industry.
