Hi all,

I am client of Lotus Notes 6.5 and created two groups having 20 and 35
mail ids respectivily. Now my problems are as given below :

1. Mail to 18 mail ids from group 1.

2. Mail to 10 mail ids from group1 and 5 from group 2.

Please reply me with possible solutions of given problems and It is
very urgent.

No, you can not do that in a view. A view will only show documents in
the current database[1].

What you can do is to create an agent. This agent will collect the
documents from both databases.
The agent then create a NotesDocument with a RichText field.
You have also previously created a "template"...

It still doesn’t work with any settings of the agent or server
document.
And as I said before – a new role is added but InternetLever is not
changed. So ACL is changed/updated by the agent run on server. So
there is no any security issues.

See sample below again:
Call acl.AddRole( "TEMPROLE" ) ‘ added after ACL save
acl.InternetLevel = 4 ‘ changed after ACL
save but still has old value after agent finish working.
Call acl.Save

So again my question is: is there some InternetLevel option
restriction on server. Or maybe I need somehow refresh DominoDirectory
after that agent is done.

Again it works fine if I run the agent locally/manually…

this code just adds new role but doesn't update InternetLevel if it's
being run on server.
If you run this code localy from the agents list it works fine.

So maybe there is some InternetLevel restrictions on Domino server to
change/update this specific option?
Who knows?

Hello.

I need to write a lotusscript which will automatically reply with a
file attached.

The idea is that someone enters a filename in the subject and the file
will automatically be attached.
I’m guessing this should be 10 to 15 lines of code, but I cannot find
any examples.
Any pointers to get me started would really be appreciated.
