I am sure you have some good ideas in there, but it would make it a
lot easier on the eye and a lot easier to read if you formatted your
text with some line spaces, paragraphs etc.

I was just noticing what crt brings to the table. I am still a novice
at the visual arts, but if you think you can do without a crt - you
are crazy.

i would suggest photoshop elements for around $100. it's unlikely you
need the full version of photoshop.

third party add-ons that add features to photoshop (or to other apps).
some are free, some aren't.
