Enlightenment in the Music Industry: Tribe of Noise Launches Lawful
Music Download Alternative
Wednesday July 16, 7:45 am ET

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands, July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- This week, a new music
platform will open and storm the Bastille of the music industry. Tribe
of Noise is expected to kick up quite some dust by offering a lawful
alternative for free music downloads.

Last year's artists like Moby, Nine Inch Nails and Radio Head made the
first moves towards an alternative form of music distribution. But
Tribe of Noise takes it one step further. At Tribe of Noise, composers
upload their music under a Creative Commons license that allows fans
and professionals to download, distribute and build upon it.

(Space) Battleships Forever something you might wanna check out as well ;)

Pretty cool game.

You can design your own battleship and download other battleships and let
them fight in space... ai controlled and all.. or simply control them
yourself...

Fun stuff.

I already build my own spaceship... it's pretty simple. I got the hang of it
on the second try :)

I think I am gonna build some more cooler/bigger spaceships with more
firepower or so ;) :)

Bye,
Skybuck =D

One little positive thingy about call of duty 4: earning weapon skins.

Author: Skybuck Flying
Date: Jul 4, 2008 21:06

Hello,

After all the bad points in cod 4... there is one little thingy which I
really like in COD4:

Earning special weapon skins.

In the beginning I thought big deal ? In the beginning I was more focussed
on getting all weapons to see the game in action.

But now I like earning the weapon skins/colors :)

It's a status symbol: "look at me I am good" "I played this game a lot"
little kid voice. "I made a lot of head shots"

It's also something kinda funny for newbs in the game: They like:

"what the fuck ? that dude has a blue or red or gold gun ? wtf ?
interesting..." LOL ;) :)

Only really good players get those skins, and it's kinda daring too to walk
around with such weapons... makes you maybe a little bit more visible to
enemy ? however I never noticed it that much on enemies... mostly on my own
teammates when I walk behind or past them on their backs that's fun to
watch.

Only other way is if people cheat and just shoot each other... but that's
rare... I haven't seen anybody do that yet except maybe on youtube hehehe.
