There are plenty of drive-by shootings in this hood, but I've never
heard of anything like this. I particularly like the "failure to
reduce speed to avoid an accident" citation:

Drive-thru DUI

A woman was waiting to place her food order in the drive-thru lane at
White Castle, Ogden and Harlem, when the her vehicle was hit from
behind by a green Subaru, four times in a row. The woman saw the
driver was asleep, so the victim had restaurant workers call police.
Police spoke to the other driver, Mark A. Sedlack, 44, of Riverside.
Sedlack was cited for DUI and received four tickets for failure to
reduce speed to avoid an accident.
