Criminal Wrongdoing At SF Family Court? One Lawyer's Declaration.
In early 1995, Dr. Richard Drury reviewed the case file for FL00005153
(now known as FDV-93-005153, Wong v Childers), on a pro bono basis, at
my request.
When I gave this document to my lawyer, for presentation at the
rehearing, in 1996, he accidentally left it out of the materials he
filed - and so it has never been officially viewed. Every court officer
whom has been asked to review this, has refused to - even the
scrupulously honest and fair-minded Marjorie Slabach - and so, it
continues to constitute new evidence.
(Yes, there really are honest lawyers out there, with integrity, who do
good work, for free. Well ... at least one.)
Dr. Drury observed and identified a number of inexplicable
irregularities - unauthorized changes - that had been made to the file.
