It's funny, I have never needed or wanted Kylix. Suddenly at work there is
an excellent opportunity to use it because something quite complicated needs
developing on Linux and here you are telling us it no longer works!
Oh well :-)

Hi everyone,
it has been a while but I am still alive and kicking :)
Here's something useful for all those people using either dirty ShowMessages
or TMemos to log debug messages: OutputDebugString(), contained
in Windows.pas.
What this will do is put the text in Delphi's event log panel
(Ctrl+Alt+V or View/Debug Windows/Event Log). If the application has no
debugger and the system debugger is not active, OutputDebugString will do
nothing. Handy little procedure!
Enjoy,
Alessandro Federici

It doesn't appear to be. The shopping cart doesn't make any reference
to SA. I also noticed that some of the pages had broken image links.

In OE, atleast in 5 & 6, you can "watch" a thread. You can also
create/define views to view all watched threads. Or define views based on
other criteria.

Many corporations block NNTP, they assume their employees would spend all
day reading them or posting trade secrets.
For people in these companies, web-based access is, of course, a *necessity*
and on that count I'm certainly glad its available. That doesn't make
web-access *good* though, just better than nothing.
Again, if someone comes up with a genuinely well-designed web interface that
is fast and has similar features and *performance* to most nntp readers, I'm
all for it. I'm just not holding my breath.

Thunderbird can do the same as you've described.
