can anyone explain this to me? The instructor at my school is awful for
this. I get the simplest of problems; it's converting Mg/Mcgs and
figuring out flow rates etc that get me. I have no idea what to put
where, as I don 't understand WHY a fraction is comprised of what it is
comprised of.
