Haven't been in that area in the longest time. Wonder how they are
doing? That Italian Grocery / Market place was really neat. Had the
most wonderful Mascarpone Cheese Cake.

I hadn't been since Mandola's was the only thing there. Now they've
opened at least 3 or 4 additional restaurants, maybe more.

They have:
* A Which Wich. Haven't been to that location, but I like 'em in
general. (And if you're nice to me, I'll share my "recipe",
such as it is, for a chicken sandwich.)
* A Chinese...

Their "Thai Coconut Soup" was pretty good when I tried the location out near
Lakeline a year or so ago, but I wasn't impressed with the entree (in fact,
I can't even remember what I had). I haven't been back.

I have been to Which-Wich (the one on the drag) - it's OK for a
sandwhich.

I've also been to the Mama Fu's on 183 just North of 620. It's pretty
good. Their Tuna was particularly good - as far as I recall.

I wonder which Coffee place opened up there. Definitely will be
checking it out.

The Flying Saucer. Someone told me it's supposed to be like the
beer equivalent of Starfucks. Whatever that means.

The Pub is a Flying Saucer. Part of a chain but in my opinion a decent
one. It has a huge beer selection on tap that rivals the GingerMan. They
have decent pub food although the menu isn't that extensive. It's
certainly a passable place to relax with a pint.

Yes, that would be the place. It's interesting to know some of their
other stuff is good. I may have to give them another chance while
I'm there.

Yeah, now that you say the name, I'm pretty certain that's what it is.

And while I'm at it, the Flying Saucer is the name of the pub too.

We had dinner at Galaxy Cafe tonight. Pretty simple fare between the
four of us: blue cheese burger, some kind of wrap, fried fish sandwich
and veggie burger. The fries were very good, crunchy on the outside,
fluffy on the inside and not a hint of grease. Everybody liked their
food, my veggie burger (homemade patty) was better than average, with a
nice flavor and great texture. Now that they have opened the parking
garage, we will certainly visit more often.
