The annual Lake Travis clean up dive attracts several hundred divers
every year. So many that some groups have to turn away divers and
some groups don't even make it in. Each group is assigned a certain
area based on the size of the group and when all the space is gone,
it's gone. Pisces Dive Club typically has 10 to 14 members each year.
I forget how much junk they collect each year. Best catch, however,
was a few years back when one group found a car in about 30 feet of
water. When they pulled it out, the tags turned up to be those of a
woman missing for several months. She was in the trunk.

Last year we lifted a toilet and urinal. Only to be topped by another
group that lifted two toilets and a bidet.
