About God the administrator
To read the Bible in one year today read, Jeremiah 16-18
To Know:
³Šby which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, that
through these you may escape from the corruption that is in the world
because of passion, and become partakers of the divine nature.² (2Pet.1: 4)
In 1992, we rented a summerhouse on the Turkish coast fifty miles north of
the ruins of ancient Ephesus. We decided to visit the archeological site on
a Monday, therefore the Saturday before, we set out to reserve a minibus to
take us there and back. The minibuses operated out of a town twenty-five
miles north of where we lived. With only a handshake, we agreed to be picked
up along the roadside on Monday morning, be driven to Ephesus, and taken
back home that evening. Trusting the verbal agreement, we waited on the side
of the road. At the agreed upon hour the bus appeared on the horizon. The
covenant, sealed by a simple handshake, proved to be as good as gold.

It is rumoured that 20,000 nude choir boys are soon to replace the horses at
Randwick in a marathon race over several days. Bookies are already taking bets
on which one has the nicest arse.

It's strange, but many of those who demanded Free Speech
must rule when Muslims protested about offensive cartoons
in a Danish newspaper, (and the paper concerned re-published
them to assert that right), T-Shirts deemed to be offensive
to Christians have been banned as part of the "Don't upset
the Pope" suspension of human rights in Australia
Where is the outrage?
The T-Shirts are apparently worn by fans of a Swedish
Heavy Metal band Marduk, who have been around since at least
1995 and whose album released in 1999 and again in 2006 was
titled "F*uck me Jesus"
I have censored the phrase because my personal view is
that you don't go out of your way to insult and offend
the religious beliefs of others (except Scientologists,
their business based cult deserves all the ridicule it gets).
But where is the outrage at religious censorship,
"bowing to the Xtian fundamentalist theocracy" etc etc
from the hypocrites, Islamophobes and the usual ranting
hysterical bigots?

Maybe it's time to make people who want to ride bicycles on public roads
have a form of registration which includes taking part in a motorcycle-style
training course before being allowed to have a 'license'?

The poverty stricken is evidence of their incompetence to fairly
distribute the world’s wealth and they simply have no use for them so
their latest ploy will soon take care of the problem.
I know, you are used to it with 30,000 people dying daily you can live
with it until it is your turn.
This is how it has always been, so what is new?
You!!!
Thought that might concern you

We have provided them a prodigious amount of evidence irrefutably
exposing them as Government Organized Crime personified of corruption
and conspiracy against the people of the Lower Tiers and the RCMP have
been studying the evidence since November 2007 and a Final Letter of
Disposition from the RCMP Commissioner is now overdue as we suspect
they are struggling to find a way out.

The Pope is coming to visit us with all the pomp and ceremony of a
reigning monarch (if not more), and in stark contrast with the simple
lifestyle and lack of ceremony of the carpenter from Nazareth who he
claims to serve, and daresay in contrast with his teachings as well.
Pete.

Australia is not ‘God’s own country’
When Pope Benedict XVI travels to Australia for the first time for World
Youth Day this week, he will be descending on one of the least religious
nations in the western world.
Although two-thirds of Australians identify themselves as Christians,
religion plays an important role in the minds and everyday lives of only
a minority according to the Religion Monitor, an international survey
carried out by the Bertelsmann Foundation, Europe´s biggest operating
foundation.
The Religion Monitor is the most extensive and detailed international
comparative study on the significance of religion in the main cultures
of the world.
According to this representative international survey of 21,000 people,
28 per cent of the Australian population see themselves as not at all
religious, with religious practices and beliefs barely featuring in
their lives. A similar number classify themselves as deeply religious
(25 per cent) whilst 44 per cent of Australians say they consider
themselves religious but that religion does not play a central role in
their lives.
