Car industry pulls rug under report
- AAP 9/11/2007
This is dynamite, the business community has exposed Howard
and Costello making up a 'report' in which they claimed the
Auto Industry had criticised the ALP and suggested their policies
would cost jobs.. the problem for the liars is, the auto Industry
says it is bullshit! The desperate Liberals have been caught
red-handed, MANUFACTURING a phony fear campaign;
"The Australian motor industry's peak body has
categorically denied a report which Coalition
heavyweights have used to cast doubts about its
future under a Rudd government."
Did Howard and Costello have any credibility left to lose?
Here's the bullshit 'report', which Costello and Howard
presented and the media ran with
"The report, on the front page of a News Ltd. newspaper,
stated that the viability of "two, or even three" car
makers was in doubt, threatening the jobs of up to 7000
workers.
