The complex tory re-regulation of AWA's now has a huge
public servant bureaucracy to try and retro-fit 'Fairness'
to a system that was designed to avoid it! B^D
The fairness test only came up because the reaction of Aussie
workers was one of real and sustained anger.
And the governments necessary fiddling with it's
despised IR system has caught thousands of businesses
who were just using it for what it was intended to do,
strip workers of wages and conditions, and thus drive
the price of labour (your income) down.
TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND AWA's have been found to be unfair..
That is a critical condemnation of the entire failed system!
A huge and cumbersome bureaucracy has REMOVED all certainty
for business, they have been caught doing what the government
introduced the legislation to do, screw workers, by the
governments panicked BACKFLIP.
Now some fat-arsed bureaucrat in Canberra, no smarter
than you, is checking EVERY INDIVIDUAL AWA to see that it meets
the governments Electoral Fairness Strap on! B^D
It's like insisting every business puts KY Jelly on huge dildos,
a separate one for every worker, before inserting them..
..and then the government inspector checks everyones arse
to see how far it's stretched!
And this is Howard's idea of de-regulated, market driven IR?
BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAA!
EVERYONE LOSES!
Workers are still getting screwed, because that is the fundamental
purpose of Howard's throwback Class Warfare!
But the partial fairness add-on, a mammoth Heath Robinson
Steam Driven bureaucratic machine has to pore over every
AWA and pull out enough of the whips, gags, leather restraints,
nipple clamps and butt-plugs and to make it all LOOK 'fair'!
And that means 25,000 cases of Employers caught following the
original intention, and caught by the governments change of
direction for the duration of the election!
Just the tip of the iceberg.
But in all of the governments TAXPAYER FUNDED, multi-million dollar
propaganda campaign, have you heard anything about the 25,000
failed AWA's? It's not an INFORMATION campaign, it's a tory
party political DIS-INFORMATION campaign, paid for by YOU! B^p
Where's the FAIRNESS bullshit in Advertising??? B^D
The tories are going to get their arses kicked so hard,
in seats they never expected to walk away from them,
just like thousands of Aussie BUSINESSES are doing,
following the lead of Spotlight and DUMPING HOWARD's
AWA monstrosity!

Sure John we will all just go get a coffee while
you find your mind and then make it up! B^D

"After a successful few years as a junior minister in
Malcolm Fraser's government, Howard was promoted to
treasury, where his five years in the job can only
be judged as an unmitigated failure.
Take a look at the statistics.
When Howard left the treasury in March 1983, the
budget deficit was forecast at $9.6 billion, inflation
was 11 per cent, unemployment was 10.2 per cent,
the economy was in recession with negative
0.4 per cent growth, and housing interest rates
were 13 per cent.
And, despite the 1982-83 recession being the worst
since the Great Depression, Howard still managed to
increase the federal tax take from 25.1 per cent of
GDP in 1977 to 27.5 per cent of GDP by 1982-83.
Howard then spent 13 years in opposition, during
which - when he wasn't leader himself - he spent
a lot of time conspiring against the three leaders
he served under: Andrew Peacock, John Hewson and
Alexander Downer."

"THE polls show John Howard is likely to be beaten
by Labor, now under its sharpest leader in a decade.
Facing defeat, the Prime Minister yesterday changed
not only his team but its tone." -Andrew Bolt 24/1/2007
