I know this wonderful and fascinating woman who moved here but continues to
go home once a month
she started talking about her book club from home that she
still participates in even though she moved here a few years ago
i was somewhat astounded, but she told me that the club is special
they are experiential and they are limited to power women in that city
-- all executives and politicians and what not
they are experiential in that books they select, they actually try to
do somethinng related to books
for Perfect Storm they did the meeting on a yacht
for some other book, they did a trip to Tuscany
and in another instance, they toured Doris Duke's house
really neat, I want to start one here that does this experiential stuff
