Not only are you ignorant of rules regarding bicycles (which is to be expected, I suppose, if you never ride one on the road), but you also appear to be ignorant of the rules applying to you when driving on the road. You are allowed to drive in bicycle (or bus) lanes for up to 50m before turning. duncan
