I've got a Corolla at the moment, but with a second sprat on the way looking
to upgrade in size.
Two cars I'm thinking about, Falcon or a Sub Forrester.
Seems 15k will buy you an '04 Falcon with about 60-8000kms, or 2000ish
Forrester with about 160000kms.
I've owned high KM Falcons and had my share of repairs, I also owned a DL
Sub. wagon eons ago but I thrashed it so got the problems I deserved. (also
I'm not going to judge a 80s car on a 2000 build. So anyway, what could I
expect in terms of reliability from both these cars?
The Corolla has been the most reliable car I've ever had, so I guess I
should also consider the wagon variant, but the prices for a good one seem
to be over my budget.. Any thoughts?

Court sentences man after wombat rape claim
Updated: 2008-03-31 09:48
WELLINGTON -- A New Zealand man has been sentenced to community service
after telling police he had been raped by a wombat and the experience
had caused him to start speaking "Australian".
Arthur Cradock, a 48-year-old orchard worker from Motueka on South
Island, rang police on February 11 to say he was being raped by the slow
moving Australian marsupial at his home, The Nelson Mail reported.
He rang back soon afterwards to say he was withdrawing his complaint
against the wombat, a court was told Wednesday.
"Apart from speaking Australian now, I'm pretty all right you know," he
told police in the second call.
Cradock pleaded guilty to using a phone for a fictitious purpose and was
sentenced to 75 hours community work.
Prosecutors said alcohol played a large part in Cradock's life, although
his defence lawyer said he was not drunk on the afternoon of the phone
calls.

LIFE IN A MENTAL HOSPITAL
A nurse walks into a room and sees a patient pretending he's driving A
truck, with his hands at 10 and 2. The nurse asks him, 'Kenny! What
Are you doing?'
Kenny replies, 'Can't talk right now I'm driving to Melbourne !' The
Nurse wishes him a good trip and leaves the room.
The next day the nurse enters Kenny's room just as he stops driving His
imaginary truck and she asks, 'Well Kenny, how was your trip?' Kenny
says, 'I'm exhausted, I just got into Melbourne and I need some Rest.'
That's great,' replied the nurse, 'I'm glad you had a safe trip.' The
nurse leaves Kenny's room, and then goes across the hall into Another
patients' room and finds Davo sitting on his bed masturbating Vigorously.
Shocked, she shouts, 'Davo what are you doing!?'
To which Davo replies,
'Shhh, I'm shagging Kenny's wife while he's in Melbourne
