  Hyundais Luxury V8 car

HYUNDAI today revealed photos and details of its new Genesis flagship
model – a car that will take on the Commodore-based Pontiac G8, among
others, in the United States.

Claimed to be the first genuine European-standard saloon built in Korea,
the Genesis was revealed ahead of next week’s official unveiling at the
Detroit auto show.

It features rear-wheel drive and the range-topping model will be powered
by a 4.6-litre V8 engine that propels it to 100km/h in less than six
seconds.

It is around the same length and height as a Commodore, but about 3.5cm
narrower.

Although priced between about $50,000 and $70,000 in Korea, Hyundai North
America said the Genesis will sell from under $34,000 in the US when it
goes on sale in June.

Well done spotting my deliberate mistake. Anyhow, must go. Gotta try and
remember my personal PIN number to get some cash outta the automated ATM
machine.

This along the lines of someone reckoned you could get off by pulling over
throwing the keys in the glove box, jumping into the back seat and start
swigging from a bottle of bourbon.

In the current single "superpower" world we live in, who's in the whitehouse
has some effect on a lot of the world,..good and bad. Currently it looks
like (Rep) Guiliani, who I found a little scary is dragging the chain and
John McCain has come in a strong first in the New Hampshire vote. McCain 73,
is an experienced senator with foreign-policy savvy. One would hope that
doesn't mean a trigger-happy bunker-mentality person that GW has come to
represent. On the Democrat side, Hilary Clinton has just pipped Obama. I
find it a little difficult to see Hils winning the Dem Presidential
nomination, mainly due to the "Bill" baggage. If that's so it could be the
first African-American nomination with Obama.

Of course there's still the Presidential vote to come. They have an odd
electoral system over there.
