That, plus the applicable penalty rates, plus I'd ensure I was paying my
worker's comp premium, which if you're paying cash in hand, you're not.

And if you're really Bowen TakeAway, then you're gone and shot both feet
off. However. you're posting through connect.com.au, and I imagine aapt
have a decent newserver, so that puts the element of doubt on.

Pay her double time for being a holiday ( $35 / hr )

If you can't work out how much tax to deduct , then you shouldn't be making
up people's wages.

Do you give the employee a pay advice sheet with all the details of the pay
? , if not , then that is illegal and from what I have read , I reckon you
are either ripping off the ATO or the employee.

No, what you are doing is moving left and becoming part of the traffic
stopped at the red light, you move when the light goes green and not
before, moving before the green risks you being hit by someone going
through on the amber or red.

He didnt say he does either. Its perfectly legal to pay
someone cash in hand after deducting what tax is owed etc.

Its not necessarily always legally necessary to deduct the
tax either, most obviously with casuals and pickers etc etc etc.
