He didn't "simply" post that at all: First of all he directed his
post directly to the owner of a VE SS, questioning his purchase.
(Interesting that he won't reveal his own choice of vehicle for us to
ask questions about). Then he calls it "bloated". After all that, he
asks why someone would buy a car that's "slower" and "thirstier",
despite the fact that he's a regular here, and has read posts from
various members who have driven these things about what an improvement
they are over previous models. NVH, ride, handling, build quality,
are all improved from the previous models - as anyone who's even
glanced at a local article recently would know - let alone a regular
on aus.cars.

Anyone who doesn't see the OP for the troll that it is, is likely to
be tarred with the same brush as the troll that wrote it.

  The Way to Paradise

Author: abdo911
Date: Jan 21, 2008 20:57

We are all in quest of true happiness. In this world, the idea of
true/perfect happiness is not feasible because this world is
inevitably doomed to total annihilation. True happiness is found only
in dwelling upon Paradise, and enjoying its blessings. However, none
would enter Paradise except the purified (those who are void of sins,
void of an atom of grudge or malignance). Since Paradise is created
only for the purified/pious, those who have evil looks (looking
lustfully at strange women, and vice versa), who envy others, treat
their fellowmen badly, hate mankind, or backbite cannot enter
Paradise. To conclude, none can enter Paradise unless totally
purified (sin-free).

Fuck, I didn't read this until now, otherwise I would have suggested
you cancel the surgury. It should not be required.

I had a severe ulnar nerve entrapment problem a few years back.

My right hand does not look normal, and quite shrunk than
my left hand as I had no clue to what was going on at the
time.

I developed a method of folding my little finger with no feeling in
it over the one to the left with partial feeling in it - which is easy
to do when you have this problem.

Now a couple of years on there is the huge divert between
my thumb and first finger to show the muscle wastage, however
that hand is prolly stronger than my other (which I use to wank
with :-) now, and unless I do something stupid like sleep on my
arm folded up or rest on my elbows, no problem, I can feel now
in my little finger. I still don't like to use that hand to wank with
though, prefer my left... dunno, could use either.

  Falcon Service Manual and Brakes

Author: SA000584

I need to get new front brake pads on my falcon.

I have found a service manual for BA Falcon and wondering whether this
service manual could be used as a guide to change the brake pads on teh
AUIII falcon.

The manual says that I need to also replace the:

- Guide pin bolt

- Pad abutment shim

I was going to buy the following brake pads of ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=260201080092&ssPageName...

Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about injector cleaner, but the products (Wynns, STP et
al) that you add to your engine oil before you drain it (run it for 15
mins with it in and it breaks down all the sludge build-up) definitely
works extremely well. What they fail to tell you though is it's just
diesel fuel with some sort of additive to change the smell. $10 = 500
ml? Money for jam! ;-)
