What a lot of people don't know or realise that the Turks not only were
fighting for there home ground and families, but they had beaten the
Russians back six months previously when they tried to go south and a round
to open up a southern front. So they were experienced as well incredably
motivated. Plus they knew exactly what was going on.

I do not believe that there is or was any malice towards them as there was
against the Germans. The Turks were trying to save there country, towns,
cities and families. Who can blame them for that.
