I heard just today that the DC-4 that had been parked at Archerfield for the
last 3 years or so , is no longer there.
Does anyone have any news as to what happened to her?

Thanks

No, it's still there. The left aileron has been off for the last couple
of months so it certainly isn't airworthy at the moment. I'm not sure if
the corrosion problems in the wingtip(s) have been addressed yet.

I can't wait to see (and hear!) it take to the air again! Many will say
that's wishful thinking, but I'm an optimist :)
