nope.. but selected areas use radiology & ultrasonics on them.
Better not to speculate but wait for the official report from people with
the training and expertese. My experience always shows multiple reasons for
a failure. I'm sure this will be no different.
The hull is very strong, even with a fuselage breach of this size, at 10k
feet it could have flown a long way.
I wonder where the piece of wing root fairing is floating in the China Sea ?
The facts are the skin ruptured, it wasn't catastrophic, and the PIC did a
stirling job. Kudos to JB & the Crew.
(I bet he's had scary episodes in Skyhawks)
