VH-OJK 747-438 Delivered to Qantas 1991 who did the last D Check?

The aircraft involved in the depressurisation incident was VH-OJK 747-438
delivered to Qantas in 1991.

The old bus is 17 years old, I wonder how many cycles it's done?

And when and who did the last D check?

Does a D check involve an ultrasound examination of the entire hull?

"Experts last night said the huge hole in the underside of the jet must have
been caused by corrosion-related fatigue, **an internal explosion**, or a
combination of both. "
"Government experts flew out to Manila last night and will investigate
whether an explosive device may have caused the huge hole in Qantas flight
