Tiitle flow
Boeings bank, Boeing corporation >>>>>> Boeing Corp to syndicate
Has to be 220 Miles off shore to sign docs and this syndicate is part
exim part caymen group>>>> Leasing company >>>> VA syndicate The
test flights in the strictest sense are performed when under the care
of Boeing Corp >>> then folder and title log books etc go to sales
(Boeing)
In reality they are new hulls but go through a few financial
revolving doors
Depends which way you look at the concept of OWNERSHIP Bit like
ford factory to ford sales too dealers floor plan
It only becomes an issue when the distributor BOEING sales say
goes tits up financially
We some time back actually financed a NEW aeroplane AB300 B4 16
Yes Sixteen times Before it even left the factory and 4 different
paint jobs .
Bloody Africans ,frogs and Curry munching wobble heads Mutter
mutter grumble I do believe in jinxes of sorts after that . It was
NEVER a happy aeroplane all through its life . Prangs , falling of
service jacks , engine failures and engines swapped prior to repo
Dudd parts from Korean air on loaner engines pax carking it in
flight corrosive cargo spills pencil repairs was glad to see
the end of it after it kept turning up like a bad penny
Then there are always just lucky and beautiful aeroplanes that tend
to be special Like a L 1011 that just whizzes through decent
deals never has a hiccup or dudd or shifty owners or associates with
clever dick Lawyers :)
