Qantas blast damaged landing systems

To my mind, this is much more worrying than the fact that an oxygen
bottle might fail and puncture the hull.

Seems unlikely. It'll prove to be a common-mode failure, such as a
vulnerability to rapid pressure changes.

Just wondering, are a failed ILS and U/S anti-skid things that can be
detected before takeoff (if they fail before takeoff)?

Is it not possible that all 3 systems source their data from a single
aerial, transducer or input?
If the cable from one of those input devices is cut then all 3 systems may
have been rendered inactive.
