P-791 hybrid airship project

Anyone else here familiar with this project?
The video is worth watching- looks like a cumbersome throwback to a
bygone era- with a couple of modifications to try to make it
practical- such as the "suction cups" for parking it.

Weird- but it confirms my belief that the Americans will try anything
once just to see if it will work....
This would probably end up in a museum- if anyone had enough room for
it...

At least they're willing to give something a go. Most of our ideas are
still-born or quickly go overseas due to lack of interest.
