Yep found that, fair enough, was not aware - sony must have used a
compact sensor and shoved it into a slr.
Lens choice is not great - "• Sony Alpha lenses
(also compatible with Minolta A-type bayonet mount lenses)"
Would not go out looking for a long lens.
One point which the Nikon has over the Canon is lens choice, whereas the
old Nikon manual lenses work on the D200. (plus I use my 500mm f5.6
Mamiya MF on my D200)
