dont think a stinson.

the giveaway was the strut arrangement down to the undercarriage.
that strut arrangement is definately the fairchild way of doing
things. the stinson is quite different in the undercart.

it could also be a 'fokker universal'. that has similar strut
arrangements
VH-UJT and VH-UTO are candidates.

the letters on the door would be a part of the company name.

not sure though. would need some more photos or location and time.
