It says they found the CVR, but not the data recorder. It's clear there
was an in flight fire and they identified the location where it started.
They don't know the source. Still, if some cargo were misdescribed by
the consigner, it wouldn't be the first time.

So it seems a bit harsh to condemn them for failing to explain the crash.
