brian probaly a combination of end of financial year.

other means and have the good grace not to

That said surprised no comment on the issue of the Indonesian Chap
that likes to Land VERY fast in 737's
and attempt to shake the hand of the judge as he entered the court
room . Bizarre body language

true but in the indonesian legal system your point doesnt need to be
proved. indonesia uses the french presumed guilty legal logic.
it is actually the opposite case that he will need to prove.
so if innocent of what you mention he could still be found guilty.
