Fact one
Enjoyed the thread
fact two most of it was Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over my poor old head
Fact Three have met both and respect them
Fact four Thread did get a bit academic (for me any way ) and i
sense that the original "spirit" of your post got lost or to some
hijacked.
However, it did help (although not in an aviation sense) as at this
time one of my tasks is to oversee a new building method for remote
and regional areas also sand box land
In my testing ( I am no engineer but people realise that if I can not
destroy it -its probably idiot proof and will last ) Delamination of
sandwich and core roof panels is of concern
from the bumpf in the thread that is causing angst I was able to ask
others far more knowledgable than me half smart questions
In short I enjoy some of the esoteric thread drift and even learn a
bit :)
In Closing my response was to kwij who no doubt is keen on
aviation but at times his pedantry and smart arse attitude also
hijacks threads and many just dont click on .Possibly losing some half
decent content (or not) He is a bit like GB in his responses (who
also adds little but on the odd Occasion a gem falls out of the
dross
Lastly I probably bugger more threads than saccas Gb and yourself -so
time to head off into the dust bowl . But Think once you meet Saccas
you can twig why he posts the way he does
right or wrong I just call it as I see it especially when I know and
respect the folks .
