With the official confirmation delivered here sometimes back of my
decision never to return in Australia, fears is exuding from every
pores of the Australian society that the Divine Drudging Drought will
never end.
... rightly so indeed
At this occasion I truly apologise for the recent flooding & the most
annoying consequences to some people, but really I had my mind on
other matters. Please be assured that it will not happen again.... but
with the expected temperatures to reach by request in the 120 В° F, my
carelessness should be soon & hopefully forgotten.
Yep ! ... but the DDD was your choice !
Yours faithfully

THE Federal Government is facing unrest from the National Party over
suggestions it might compulsorily acquire water licences as part of
its $10 billion plan to address the ailing Murray-Darling system.
The Nationals MP Kay Hull, whose Riverina electorate covers irrigation-
dependent towns such as Griffith and Leeton, said forcing irrigators
to shut down would further damage the environment and regional
communities.
