Before I view this, are you sure it's declassified? I know you can view
classified material without sanctions, but I can't.

I agree
UAV in Australia is a dead horse, CASA killed it, end of story.
Why bother talking about them.

Any comment on the issue is welcome.

To narow down the issue a bit, the basic sticking point is the issue
of certification required for operations done for any hire or reward.

In the UK and USA they are allowed to do operations for hire or
reward, on certain types of aircraft, (being basically model aircraft)
without certification.
While we are forced to be certified at considerable cost to us, and
commitment to invest money we are more lilkley than not to never see
again.
As far as business investment goes, CASA position on this does not
allow for gradual entry to the industry which is the only way anyone
will enter it and last the distance.

You're right.

I'm fairly confident that video was not shot by Australian military, and
therefore I'm fairly confident that the video was never classified, even
as 'unclassified', which would preclude it from ever being 'declassified'.

The only thing that needs classifying, or is that certifying, is PHSP
himself.
