Wow. If he can be sacked, then the tenure of the plebs must really be
well, tenuous...

Seriously, what would this guy's options be? Presumably, being a chief
pilot that he would be of advanced age, therefore what are his prospects
of employment, other than say, piloting cargo planes?

Chief pilot of Garuda, One two almost go, Golliwog Scarelines
plenty .
But the CX guys have a VERY Veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery hefty loss of
license premium but the pay out is -------- also rather neat . And
no weasel clause for circumstances like this !
