A friend worked for Chanel 7 for a few years, and he showed my how they
reduce and even stop getting those lines you see running down computer
monitors in the background of interviews by syncing the refresh of the
camera with the sync of the monitor, same principal applies here :-)
You could have fun at air shows with that trick :-)
And it is far easier in the field as all it is is a little white knob that
is turned until sync is achieved (and you can see the results in the
eyepiece)
