There sure are. Sad isn't it. I had a mate (as Pits says) have a very
exciting close one with a fish spotter C337 at Ceduna. We all made calls
on the CTAF at early light ( 4 planes) and had this cowboy fly right in
front of my mate with no radio call at all. Should have all landed and
gone for him on thinking about it after the event. And yes, we get at
least one bill per annum for our rego being used by someone else to save
fees.
