I have a book written by Steward titled "Aviation Disasters". Found it in
the one dollar bargain bin at the local newsagent. Starts off with the
R101 disaser and goes through the Comets, one where they lost a soccer
team (although the other pax DID count), ANZ's Mt Cerebus coverup to a JAK
747 ploughing into a hill and the Tenerife tragedy.

Lots of details, photos, ATC and CVR transcripts where available.
