Wie ja einige wissen, ist bei meinen neuen Stiefeln beim Pitbiken der
Reissverschluss stecken geblieben und konnte nur noch mit
Gewalteinwirkung (Zange) geöffnet werden. Was ihn nat. ruiniert hat.
Also Reklamation bei dress 'n helmet, wobei ich die wildesten
Befürchtungen hatte, dass die Reklamation abgelehnt wird, weil's ein
Ausverkausmodell war. Die haben gleich gesagt, das dauert mind. 6
Wochen, gottseidank ist Winter und ich fahre eh nicht. Die haben die
Stiefel eingeschickt, sie waren nicht mehr reparierbar und ich habe
gestern zu meinem Erstaunen ein neues Paar bekommen. Der Hersteller
hat sie augetauscht.

Nein, ich bin weder verwandt noch verschwägert mit dress 'n helmet,
ich bekomme dort auch keine Prozente. Ich habe nur so viele schlechte
Erfahrungen mit Service gemacht, dass ich finde, ein pos. Bsp. ist
erwähnenswert.

Guten Abend!

Ich bin Anfänger (FS seit 04.07.07, 5 Mm) und fahre eine BMW F650GS, den
meisten Spaß macht mir Beschleunigen.

Mich hat jemand auf einen Ring [1] hingewiesen und da ich im Mai 08 in
Berlin bin, um mit meiner Mopete ein WE-Enduro-Einsteigertrainging Nähe
Schwerin zu machen, könnte ich dort die "Freifahr-Lizenz" [2] machen und
dann mit der Kleinen mal alleine auf dem Ring fahren.

Dadurch käme ich auch auf Österreichs Straßen besser zurecht
(Österreich-Bezug *g*), meint Ihr, das macht Sinn oder ist das noch zu
früh für mich?

Ist klar, daß meine Mopete mit ihren 50 PS keine Rennmaschine ist, ich
will auch keinen Wettbewerb gewinnen, sondern nur was lernen, vor allem
in Sachen Kurven fahren (sie fährt 170 km/h Vmax, das sollte mich für
vorerst mal reichen).

angenommen, ich hätt überhaupt ein grundstück von hinreichender größe,
dürft ich dann dort mit einem motorrad (oder sonstigen kraftfahrzeug)
herumfahren, wie ich lustig bin?

in den kommentaren zu einem webstandard-artikel
(http://derstandard.at/?id=3155387) wird nämlich behauptet, das wäre
illegal, ohne aber genaueres anzuführen.

ich kann mir verschiedene gründe vorstellen, warum es unter
*bestimmten*umständen* verboten sein könnte, zb

- lärmbelästigung der nachbarn
- naturschutzgebiet
- gewerblicher betrieb ohne anlagengenehmigung (wenn ich auch andere
fahren lasse und geld dafür nehme)

aber daß es global verboten ist, kann ich mir nicht recht vorstellen.

weiß wer näheres?

Four Years of "MI5 Persecution" Posts on Internet. Newsgroups

For approximately the first three years of. the MI5 persecution, from June
1990 until late 1992, I kept as quiet. as possible, in the hope that by not
reacting, MI5s interest. in me would decrease and they would simply go away
of their own accord.. This is the sort of behaviour some people employ
against bullies; if the. bullies arent getting a reaction, then they might
simply go. away and victimize someone else.

Unfortunately, this tactic didnt work. The quieter I became,. the more
shrill and hysterical the. noise from the Security Service operatives. For
about two years. I didnt watch TV news at all. Yet this only heightened
their obsessed fixation; they continued to. follow me wherever I went, they
continued. to induce harassment at work by managers and fellow workers, and
they continued to encourage me to commit suicide.. They seemed to regard my
refusal to react. as a crime which they would have to "put right" by ever
more extreme. forms of abuse.

The last few days there have been no clear recordable instances. of
abuse. However, while. travelling on the Underground, while walking around
near my home and going. to friends homes, I am constantly troubled by
thoughts that those. people over there might be about to get at me; that
the couple sitting. in the opposite seats laughing are in fact laughing at
me; et cetera, et. cetera.

A comment by a scientist to the BSE inquiry. sticks in my mind. He
described the possible scale of the epidemic as "between 0%%. and 100%%". It
might not be. happening, it might not happen at all, to any discernable
degree.... or it might be total. Without clear recording, which seems. to
have. become impossible the last couple of weeks, there is no way of
knowing whether the harassment really is continuing, whether we. have
entered. a temporary hiatus, or whether perhaps it has perhaps stopped for
now.

hab' mir vorgestern meine Street3 abgeholt - und bin am Heimweg fast
erfroren.
Wer sich nun überlegt, auch eine Street zu kaufen, darf mit Liefertermin
September 2008 rechnen. Die "Gebrauchtpreise" für eine Street sind nun bei
über 10.000,- (wird im Frühjahr lustig) - ich glaub, ich werd' sie gegen
Diebstahl versichern (nein, nicht wg der Schengengrenzen)

Das Pinlock funktioniert übrigens bei -5°C auch noch so halbwegs - Spass
macht das allerdings gar nimmer.

Da das afm-Listenthema mit Abschaffung nun offenbar gelöst wurde, bin ich
nun für die Abschaffung des Winters. Bitte die verantwortlichen Regulars die
entsprechende Schritte einzuleiten.
