Sr. Network Engineer – (GSM / Telecom)

DURATION: Full-time / Perm LOCATION: Piscataway, NJ

Responsibilities: • 60%% travel • Provide consulting support on a diverse scope of network-related topics • Analyze and provide recommendations to range of complex customer issues. • Lead efforts and provide direction to junior level consultants as needed. • Testing and integration

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years experience • BS required, MS preferable • Must be willing to travel • MUST have expertise in all aspects of wireless networks, radio access, architecture, standards, protocols, signaling and services. • Must be familiar with GSM, CDMA, WiMAX, WiFi • Expertise in either GSM or CDMA technologies • MUST have understanding of the next generation network evolution, 3GPPx standards, and fixed mobile convergence • MUST have hands-on experience in testing and integration • Must have strong understanding of network planning and engineering related issues in a service provider environment
