Position Description: Analyze monthly expenses and take corrective actions if needed. Complete all monthly financial reports. Compare expenses incurred to Budget and report on the variances. Assist in the annual budget preparation. Process invoices as needed. Interact with staff members in all matters and monitor purchase requisitions for hardware, software, services, etc. Complete special projects when needed. Maintain hardware and software inventory. Adhere to corporate policy and procedure in all matters of expense control and audit (including Sarbox controls). Provide monthly analysis of AIGGS invoice for review with the CTO.
Position Requirements: SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Math. CPA highly preferred but not required 5 years minimum and as a financial accountant with budgeting and forecasting experience Must have strong accounting and analytical skills. Must be able to multi-task and work on multiple assignments at the same time. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Must have excellent communication skills in dealing with managers, clients, 3rd party vendors and the off-shore team. Must be an independent worker and take responsibility for tasks and assignments. Must work well with team mates. Must understand how financial systems work Гў?? Clarity or Fieldglass, or WAVES etc. Management are extremely beneficial
