Description: Job Title Jr. Financial Analyst, Affiliate Distribution Auto req ID 916BR CBS Business Unit CSTV Division/Station CBS College Sports Network Department Distribution Location New York - New York Job Description Our Distribution department is looking for a highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team!

The Jr. Financial Analyst will provided analytical and financial support to the Executive Vice President of Distribution. Main responsibilities:

* Create financial and subscriber models for negotiations with MSO’s, cable systems, DBS distributors and Telcos * Monitor revenue and subscriber reports on a monthly basis against forecasted goals * Support the management of affiliate contractual obligations and MFN compliance * Build and maintain prospect/pipeline/launch reports * Update distribution database (Medea) as needed * Coordinate affiliate contracts and launches between sales team and finance/accounting department * Draft marketing letters and one-sheets * Create and manage small system sales strategy * Work with Distribution team to develop growth strategies * Support quarterly SOX compliance audit for affiliate sales and accounting process * Design and edit PowerPoint presentations for sales calls and executive meetings

Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will posses: * Superior organizational & interpersonal skills * A Passion for financial modeling * Expertise on MS Excel and comfortable with data base management * At least one year experience in a similar capacity with another cable network * Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
