Partnership Risk Strategy & Infrastructure is responsible for delivering revenue growth, improved profitability and productivity gains across all Partnership Group (PG) portfolios. This is done by identifying and implementing balance growth opportunities, loss mitigation strategies, policy reengineering, improved business controllership and technology enhancements. .This individual will be responsible for various Loss Mitigation and Credit Abuse programs and should be a proven leader with the capacity to strategically identify and implement loss mitigation strategies across PG portfolios. Specifically: —Responsible for PG-wide CREW efforts. —Responsible for PG-wide Trigger efforts. —Lead PG-wide Credit Abuse analytics and initiatives partnering with Risk COE and portfolios to drive best-in-class treatments. - Understand how Risk actions are affecting the customer experience and deliver strategies to maximize the customer experience PG-wide. —Partner with Collections Policy and Operations to drive Pg-wide strategies and ensure sharing of best practices across all portfolios.

Specifications / Qualifications

Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in quantitative methods, business or equivalent. Master’s preferred. -Strong, demonstrated influence management skills -Outstanding analytic depth -Excellent communication skills - both oral and written -Outstanding project management skills -2-5 years of relevant risk management or financial services experience.
