Requirements * At least three (3) years experience as a restaurant/retail management * Advanced working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems * Proven track record of passionate customer service - ability to develop team and assistant managers within their store to deliver legendary guest service experiences every day * Strong organizational skills * Intermediate computer skills * Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Boston Market * Ability to value change and work in a face paced environment * Bachelors Degree preferred * Must be able to pass the criminal background check and motor vehicle requirements for Boston Market * Possess a valid drivers license

Working Environment 1) Withstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more, 2) move throughout the restaurant for extended periods of time (up to 10-12 hours per day), 3) move 50 lbs. for distances of up to 10 ft., 4) balance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 ft., 5) understand and respond to team members and guests requests in a loud environment, and 6) perform basic math and understand finances and cost management.
