Job Specifications Qualified candidate will be responsible to ensure the flawless execution of Loss Prevention Shrinkage and Safety programs throughout assigned stores. This is accomplished by directing and managing field LP staff as well as working hand in hand with other disciplines. Position will also have significant input into the further development and/or refinement of the company shrinkage and safety programs. Job Requirements Looking for someone who is an independent thinker and willing to work side by side with the stores to resolve open issues. Must understand the importance of being a retailer first and an LP professional second.
