More information about this job: Overview: Responsible for acting as Category Management Consultant to CSE Partners and Sales Management Team to drive consistent topline/net sales growth/share target. Assesses trends, analyzes data and identifies key customer opportunities consistent with overall company strategies and brand marketing plans. Acts as the Category/Customer Expert in co-creating strategic business plans.

Responsibilities: Acts as the Category Expert to ensure the execution of Strategic Business Plan using the Growth Partnership Strategy or Business Development Planning Process to make topline sales plan, net sales goals and achieve sales share targets. This includes using tools and data such as Space Management, complete Syndicated Data Analysis, Navigator, Efficient Assortment, Inter and Intra Channel Benchmarking, Executive Summaries and Fair Share to ensure the execution of the support strategic business plan. Effectively utilize the company's analytical tools and processes to ensure corporate objectives are met. Supports CSE's in all aspects of the Growth Partnership Strategy and the BDP process. Implements tools and insights to drive sales volume. Supports CSE's in the business planning process, and presentation in specific accounts. Presents in Account and Cycle Planning sessions the finding derived from data. Researches data to support Account Penetration, i.e., Senior Management, Category Management, Space Management, Internal Data Providers. Analyzes data in order to support account penetration. Example: Account Category Management. Supports CSE's with specific customer data to effectively communicate the goals and strategies through the Retail Execution Plan.
