Position Description: Position Summary The focus of the role will be to develop and implement business growth and competitive strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets of the company. Key Responsibilities â• a Work closely with sales, marketing communications, and product management to competitively differentiate CFG unsecured products and resolve issues that will affect product success. â• a Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for suite of unsecured products that will contribute to top line growth across all companies and products. (with high concentration on x-sell) â• a Act as the marketing repository for sharing best marketing practices among business units in the Company. â• a Champion and lead change in product offerings and marketing mix in relation to industry trends and aligned with CFGâ?s strategic growth plans. â• a Build and instill solid disciplines in market research and market segmentation in product development and other phases of the marketing cycle. â• a Work with other company affiliates on cross-selling initiatives and opportunities â• a Develop the management depth and discipline in the marketing function of the company to create sustainable competitive advantage of our products and services. â• a Build and improve the corporate image and brand equity across the companies. â• a Participate in business planning and annual budget process, and co-prepare recom--menda--tions for future opportunities. â• a Review marketing programs for all unsecured products. â• a Achieve performance measures including but not limited to income contribution, marketing and product expenses and non-financial key performance indicators such as brand awareness and customer satisfaction. â• a Review marketing budgets and expenses according to the policy set by the finance department. Skills Required â• a Minimum of 7-10 years of Credit Card and personal loan direct marketing experience in a financial services environment, preferably in secured and unsecured consumer lending. â• a Experience in managing marketing and sales across multitude of products i.e. credit card, loans, auto loans, mortgages etc. â• a Extensive knowledge of Unsecured product space focusing on pricing, positioning and distribution â• a Strong Client Management and Project Management skills. â• a Multinational experience a plus; proficiency in spoken and written English. â• a Proficient in Microsoft Office toolkit i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint. â• a Bachelor degree requirement, MBA preferred. â• a Strong work ethics with the drive to meet deadlines and exceed goals. â• a Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. â• a Strong communication skills, written and verbal with excellent analytical skills.
