Description: VP-Finance-North American Business Travel & Global Pricing AutoReqId 100781BR Responsibilities The VP/CFO for the Business Travel Global Customer Group will focus on conceptualizing and implementing strategies to improve client level profitability on a global basis; contribute directly to the overall strategic direction of Global Business Travel client management and operations; and provide general financial oversight for the business. The position supports the President/Chief Operating Officer, Business Travel Customer Group, and his executive team. The position is also responsible for several additional Global Travel Services Finance functions. Overall requirements: Manage the financial performance of the Customer Group P&L. Create comprehensive global financial outlooks and forecasts and track monthly results in conjunction with regional CFOs. Monitor risks and opportunities across all markets, mitigating potential risks before they escalate. Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives and manage investment performance. As a member of the executive team, develop and implement strategies for the Customer Group, translating agreed objectives into actionable goals. Partner with major stakeholders to ensure best practice controls are developed and executed. This includes but is not limited to development and oversight of all relevant investments, operating procedures and standards. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance effectiveness of client management, operational productivity, ongoing reengineering, and customer satisfaction initiatives for global operations, including creating infrastructure for developing markets. Communicate vision and strategies to internal partners and functional leaders. As a strategic partner to the business, contribute decision support on staffing issues, productivity improvement initiatives, online business economics and optimizing overall cost of quality.
