Description: Responsibilities:


-Accounting and Product Controlling of Derivatives


(Swaps, CDS, TRS)


-Reconciliation of sub ledger to ledger on a transactional basis for Derivatives.


-Reporting according to US GAAP for Regulatory Reports.


-Prepare additional MIS Reports.


-IAS and IFRS for swaps and micro-hedges.


-Reporting and reconciliation of all conduit business and backup for that and other financial products.


-Review and introduce new derivative products/ transactions


-8 years Accounting experience.


(Experience with Midas, Summit+MS Access a plus.)


-Strong system knowledge.


Specific Tasks:


-Product Reconciliation to Midas


-Prepare Product relevant reports.


-Prepare financial statements in GAAP, and convert to IAS and HGH GAAP.


-IAS Accounting and Hedge Accounting according to IAS39.


MISCELLANEOUS Tasks:


-Maintain Summit and release upgrades for new products.


-Create reconcilliation tools between ledger and front end system Summit.


-Create MIS tools for balance sheet and PGL, incorporating adjustments.


-Participate in various Accounting Projects.
