Description: Description: Goal Statement The Corporate Services Lead is responsible for formulating global strategies and providing Corporate business solutions to all colleagues and contractors to include but not limited to Document Solutions, internal meetings, Global Travel Management (including the relationship with AMEX) and Global Fleet Services. Deployment of these services across regions will be achieved through GOâ Ts workplace services regional leads. Global Service Delivery, Scale & Efficiency Design and implement Pfizerâ Ts corporate services strategies Identify opportunities to increase value to Pfizer by providing cost-effective and productivity-enabling services Identify and apply innovative, global solutions to understand and approach corporate services from a holistic perspective Identify and lead change efforts by anticipating trends and needs related to corporate services Ensure Pfizer captures advantages of scale and effectively manages the cost of all global, corporate services (while optimizing quality, speed and reliability) Provide services that proactively meet client needs and increase colleague engagement and productivity Reduce operational expenses by leveraging external spending on vendors and effectively managing global contracts Develop and implement strategies to consolidate global service providers, where appropriate, and manage strategic vendor relationships to deliver best value to Pfizer Drive and expand initiatives to minimize costs and improve service levels in corporate services Develop business cases to support corporate services strategies where appropriate Work collaboratively with regional leads to develop and oversee expense budgets for corporate services globally and across regions. Functional Leadership Provide leadership and oversight to function leads within Corporate Services group Work closely with representatives across Pfizer divisions (e.g. PGM, WPO, PGRD, Procurement) and collaboratively establish communications mechanisms to enable the coordination of services across divisions Report directly to Head of GO and serve as member of the GO Executive Team Regional Corporate Services Leads will be direct reports to Corporate Services Lead Customer Relationship Management Proactively gather and act on feedback (e.g., customer satisfaction surveys) regarding services coordinated and managed by the Corporate Services group from the customer base (i.e., regional teams, end users, etc.) Provide single point of contact (i.e., â oface of the organizationâ??) for requests and/or corporate services issues originating from the regions and business units Interface with customers on a regular basis and consistently elevate service standards across the organization Qualifications: Technical Skills & Experience Ability to proactively monitor and control a wide, diverse set of vendor relationships and external resources (includes contract negotiation and vendor management skills) Conduct vendor management activities, drive standards and policies promoting best practices and leverage Pfizerâ Ts spend. Work in coordination with Pfizerâ Ts Worldwide Procurement function on vendor-related activities. Proven ability and experience managing expense budgets Broad understanding of how to innovate services to optimize customer satisfaction and customer productivity Demonstrated knowledge of Pfizerâ Ts business as a whole and the varied asset management requirements for each customer group Experience working as a part of a leadership team in a large corporate setting and with a matrix and diverse organization Behavioral Skills High level of leadership capability and credibility and ability to be influential at the highest levels in the corporation Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with customers/partners and the ability to invite input from these groups when determining what will work best for the business Political savvy and the ability to influence different customer groups when working with a varied customer base with different needs Ability to think strategically and holistically about corporate services in order to identify savings and efficiency opportunities Ability to understand and value different customer needs and provide tailored services where necessary Demonstrated customer service mentality and focus to successfully manage a customer-facing role Education & Qualifications Bachelorâ Ts degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., management or engineering) Masterâ Ts Degree in Business/Management, Accounting or Engineering preferred Ten years experience in business, vendor management, engineering or quality discipline Five plus years in a management/supervisory role Experience and skills as described above Benefits: Throughout our 153 years, a legacy of caring for others has been at the heart of everything we do at Pfizer.
